Beautiful, comfortable and welcoming!
10.0There was a large group of soccer families that checked into this hotel, after staying at a less than desirable hotel in the area. We were greeted warmly, efficiently, and quickly, even though there were 10 families that needed a room immediately. Kim and the front desk staff took care to secure our rooms, explain the benefits, and helped us get familiar with the various ammenties. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. We purchased the breakfast for the soccer players, which was so full of a variety of different dishes, both hot and cold, and also very delicious. The staff made sure we felt welcome to host team lunches and pizza dinners in the lobby, and wouldn't even let us clean the floor afterwards. The pool area was beautiful and large, and the boys and siblings enjoyed it immensely! Anytime we needed anything, the staff saw to our needs in very short order. Kim even called a couple of laundromats for me, ensuring the location I picked was safe and would take care of my needs. We were very happy with the location, the staff, and the accomodations!
I would not recommend this hotel
6.0The room was not clean. The second and third night , they hardly cleaned the room. Fresh towels, but no coffee, no cups, no vacuuming.
− Also, the outdoor spaces were NOT clean . No cushions on the couches, cigarette butts, leaves and dirt all around the edges. Tables were not wiped.

8.0It was like those old school hotels. A little aged but aged gracefully. Wish we had more tome to enjoy the pool.
− My only complaint was looking at an unfinished roof out the windiw of room 306.
