2.0This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was less than a 5min walk to the Basilica and so much shopping and food options. We give it 1 star because the room had bed bugs. Both my wife and I got bites the first night but we had never had bed bug bites before and didn't realize the severity of it. The 2nd night we got bit even more and it wasn't until we were home back in the US that we did research on what bed bug bites look like and realized yup we got bit at the hotel! The room also had a leak, the bathroom had ants (didn't notice until we were leaving the 2nd night), the tub didn't work, and the bed had bed bugs. I have messaged the hotel to let them know because I don't think anyone should be staying in the room. I think it needs a deep clean. Our stay was so short and our agenda really packed that we didn't have time to communicate the issues to staff or even change rooms.
