A pleasant stay with good facilities and an excellent breakfast.
9.0The location is good, despite the Uganda Museum being closed. Breakfast was excellent.
− Access to the hotel is via the car park i.e. there's no pedestrian access from the street.

10.0Had a great 3 night stay and all my expectations were met. Albert Besiga from front office team went over and above to make sure I was comfortable as I waited at the hotel after my flight was delayed. The team even got me complementary dinner voucher on one of the nights.
Treated like unwanted squatters. Never coming back again.
3.0The perfect location for exploring central Kampala, away from the main traffic bottlenecks. Close to Acacia Mall and restaurants within walking distance.
− Second time in this hotel this year. The male staff were rude to my very kind Ugandan wife, ignoring her while giving me sucking up smiles and greetings. Prejudiced towards black woman with white man. Although we extended our stay on the condition that we change rooms at the time of the request if needed, but not afterwards due to long scheduled journeys, they made it extremely difficult for us. They started asking us to change room the following day at midnight due to maintenance and renewed their request every day, at 8:00 AM when we were leaving for a trip, and again at 12:30 AM upon our return. I had to explain the situation each time, that we had made a deal and we had a very busy schedule that would not allow us to sacrifice our sleep in the middle of the night. We felt harassed, bullied and treated like unwanted squatters for three days while spending more than 1000$ Completely unacceptable, this is the last time we were there.
