− Staff is not trained well for luxury stay. Way too many kids and babies at the property. Main pool must be dedicated to Adults. It’s not luxury resort when babies in diapers are in the pool!

From the moment we arrived until the day we reluctantly checked out, our stay at Nobu Los Cabos exceeded every expectation. The resort is absolutely stunning, peaceful, impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking ocean views. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its incredible staff. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. A special thank you to Ted and Salvador, who went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was unforgettable. They didn’t just provide exceptional service at the resort—they also took the time to recommend amazing local restaurants, safe excursions, and places to explore whenever we ventured off the property. Their kindness, knowledge, and genuine hospitality made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. Leo and the entire team at the Pool & Playa Bar were equally outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even had to ask. Whether it was refreshing drinks, great conversation, or simply making sure we were comfortable, they consistently delivered exceptional service with a smile. I also want to recognize Oscar at Nobu Restaurant. I have food allergies, which can sometimes make dining while traveling stressful. Oscar took the time to understand my dietary restrictions, confidently guided me through safe menu options, and ensured every meal was not only safe but absolutely delicious. That level of care gave me complete peace of mind and allowed me to fully enjoy the incredible food. Nobu Los Cabos is truly a world-class resort, but it’s the people who make it extraordinary. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Great resort but not worth the extraordinary $$$

Hotel Nobu Cabo is a beautiful resort. The staff are wonderful. The food is consisentky good and occasionally great. What casts a shadow on what would be a wonderful experience is the simply fantastical prices. This hotel ranks among the most expensive for what you receive. $50 USD for a can of Banana Boat sunscreen. A serving of eggs, bacon and coffee for two for $100 USD. At some point this market will correct and the hotel will be forced to provide better value to its clients...or close. For now there are far better deals in Cabo.

Wonderful resort experience

Best long birthday weekend at the Nobu Hotel! From the room, and every drink, to each meal at all the restaurants. The swim up pool and bar was a favorite, great service by Martha! A big shout out to the pool life guard - Luis Tarango, best customer service I have ever seen! Thank you so much for taking extra care and attention to all the guests around the pool area! Hope the Manager reads this to give him much deserved job recognition!

The Nobu hotel was a magical experience. From the second you arrive you are greeted to a beautiful lobby and welcome drinks. The staff was all super friendly and attentive. The rooms were spectacular and spacious. The community activities were well thought out as we were there during the 4th of July and the World Cup. The spa is also small but very well put together to maximize all of your relaxation needs. Antonio was our local hotel ambassador (similar to a personal concierge) and he made it so easy to make reservations or plan any day trips we requested. He was truly a highlight of the experience. One note: renting a car will be super helpful if you plan taking trips often during your stay
