− The room on the 7 th floor alloted to us is towards railway track side, which had absolutely no ventilation. Toilet, didn't have exhaust or ventilation. No door for bathroom. No kettle for morning tea, no tea bags, etc.

1.0− We weren't provided with a crib, which was previously confirmed by the hotel. Three people stayed up all night because there wasn't enough room for three. They promised a 50% discount on the room, but instead, they only gave us a 71 euro discount on checkout. The towels were dirty.
