9.0This is the second time I've stayed here. It has been a wonderful stay both times. The staff are very nice and personable, the room is always spotless and comfortable, and as someone who loves planes, hearing them take off and land was an added bonus.
− I am going to assume it was because of the wildfire smoke, but the pool wasn't opened this time I was there. That's the only complaint I had, and not even really a complaint per se.

When we Arrived in the room the ac unit was unplugged. The sweet lady at the desk came up and plugged it in for us. The

− The floors had not been swept or mopped in our room. We had 2 queen beds and one had filthy sheets. So we used one bed.
