1.0I love the location.
− I stayed for only one night, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. There was no air conditioning in the room, and I only found out after checking out that guests have to specifically request an air-conditioned room at check-in. This was never communicated to me. The room was extremely hot all night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Opening the window wasn’t a solution because the hotel is located on a main road, and the tram passed by every 15 minutes, creating constant noise throughout the night. Overall, I had a very poor experience and did not get a restful night’s sleep. I wish this information had been made clear before or during check-in.

10.0Location is good, nearest metro stop for town center is 1 minute walk, approx 10 minute journey or 25/30 minute walk. Staff are friendly and helpful, Was pleasantly surprised to see there was a balcony.
