4.0Smell, lost my reservation and then had to admit they gave it to someone with the same first name as me. Staff were not helpful. Indoor pool was ice cold and hot tub was not working. Staff left a lighter and cigarettes on the couch in the lobby. Not the usual Wyndham hotel brand experience. Very diappointed.
If you have no other choice
2.0Hot tub broken, pool ice cold, no heat at all in the pool area. Shower handle in the room fell off as soon as I turned it. The sheets are dirty and the room has not been kept up. Just over all a piece of crap place to stay. Wasn't greeted with a welcome or anything when checking in.

2.0This property is in disrepair and it’s obvious the owners are not putting money back into it. Outside entrance door had broken security. Entry capers dirty. Ice maker didn’t work and vending machine was empty so I doubt the ice maker just broke. Bathroom sink had no stop and faucet had end piece removed so water sprayed everywhere. Chipped paint, rust in doors. Again obvious they’re not investing in the property and definitely not stay again.
