Fantastic location with all the facilities you could need
9.0It’s ideally located right on Clarke Quay. There’s an MRT station almost adjoining the property for easy access to the rest of the city and a small shopping mall directly opposite. The hotel itself has everything you’d expect from a high end property although possibly not quite 5 star in the truest sense. There’s everything you need here. Breakfast had a vast selection for every taste. Room was comfortable without being over fancy. It was on a very quiet side of the building so I got excellent sleep. All areas beautifully clean at all times. Singapore is a very expensive city so finding such luxury at an affordable price was pleasing. Definitely recommend.
− Nothing really to dislike. There’s currently work going on there not that you’d really know except for the lift system which currently has limited capacity and did get very busy at times.

7.0Location & Pool. Very clean. Staff on reception very good and helpful
− Staff in the pool bar area not helpful. Spent $160+ in bar for lunch on Sat 5/9, approx 11:40. I made a mistake with an order for a lobster blt. Rather than fix the mistake without fuss, I was made to pay for another. In other venues I’ve stayed at, this would not have been the case.
