It was only one night. Just needed a place to sleep during our event.

− I have to request to not be Poolside and first floor as there are no elevators.

5.0Location was great. Shower was great...but the "chips" of soap were comical. Housekeeper was very nice and helpful.
− Terrible mattress. Hard to get comfortable. Plus fitted sheet wouldn't stay on. Very frustrating. No coffee maker in room. Or lobby. Breakfast was disappointing...skipped the second morning since it was more of the same.
