Great hotel,, terrible valet parking
8.0Love the hotel! It is antiquely sophisticated! Great location. Well appointed rooms. It would have been 5 starts…but the valet service is horrible! 4th stay here in the last 2 months. NEVER was my car here when needed even though I allowed 20 minutes using the APP to get request my vehicle!
Lovely Stay At Historic Gem
10.0This historic gem in the heart of Louisville is a great place to stay! The grandeur of the lobby will take your breath away, especially with the grand staircase. If you're looking for a neat and experiential stay, the Seelbach is meant for you!

10.0Wonderful hotel, great stuff especially the valet service I think he’s name was William very respectful person , did a great job with helping me out, will recommend this hotel.
Convenient downtown hotel
10.0Tremendous amount of history in this place. The bar was a great place to meet up with friends. Rooms were small but worked well enough for travelers; very clean and nicely appointed.
Fun Historic Getaway

− Very few floors had working ice or drink machines and the staff didn't seem to know where the working ones were. At this price, in such a property, EVERY floor should have working, accessible amenities. Additionally, signage and access to the parking garage could be vastly improved. Once parked there was no signage at stairwells or elevator to indicate how to reach the hotel. It was a minor irritation but again, this is basic hospitality management and the price was not basic by any accounting.
