We did not stay at this hotel/motel due to the bugs, the stain and the noise. I do not think we would have gotten an
1.0We had an issue with our tv, I called the front office but went up to the office in person because no one picked up… I was frustrated when they did not pick up but when I spoke to someone in person they immediately had someone come to the room to fix the tv. That I was very appreciative of. But unfortunately when we got back from dinner we found three cockroaches in the room and a blood stain on one of the sheets.

Also, our next door neighbors were having a cookout in the parking lot and had loud music and company… needless to say to say, I contacted booking to get a refund because I was not willing to stay there.
