Ghetto a$$ hotel
4.0The room was not clean. I had to take Lysol wipes to clean the tables and the shower. The shower water had no pressure to wash my hair or body. It looked like there were some drug deals going on in the parking lot.

6.0During check in, the two bed room we reserved wasn’t available. This wasn’t a huge deal for us but when I entered the room the bed and room were still dirty an hour after check in started (4:00pm). So poor organization and slow cleaning. They moved me again to another room on another floor (4th floor) now with a smaller single bed. New room was ok on cleanliness. The AC in this room was loud and didn’t help cool the room on mild 70F days so I imagine it is worse in the middle of summer. Breakfast options were bagels, one type of cereal although there were 3 dispencers (2 were left empty), a waffle maker (best option here), stale biscuits and cold gravy, then the worst tasting powdered eggs I have had at a hotel. Breakfast was not fully available at 6:00am when it was advertised. Overall, it gets the job done. If you are out of the room most of the day then this isn’t a terrible option for the price but you won’t be getting amenities that would be available at a pricier place. Not the worst place I have stayed at but you get what you pay for too
I wouldn’t recommend. Not worth the money you save
4.0Very outdated and poorly maintained. The photos are not accurate. Looks like the photos were taken when it first opened. The shower/bathroom had major water damage. Limited amenities. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor was uneven and wavy, the television was broken and leaned against a wall on top of the dresser. Two tiny pillows provided for a king size bed. I stayed in the room as little as I possibly could. The whole place smelled like old food and the elevator barely ran. One of the two elevators was completely inoperable. People at the front desk were not friendly and appeared extremely disinterested in their clientele. Appeared that those who owned the hotel all lived in the hotel and occupy lots of the room. Multiple times walking in there were drug addicts hanging around and in the entry to the property. It appears they were allowed to just stay in and around the property.
Horrible experience.
2.0The place smelled horrible. There were holes in the wall and cigarette ashes in the bathroom. The heater/air conditioner did not work. We left early and didnt even stay our second night.
Avoid like the plague
2.0was a horrible checkin process. I bought two queen bed room. checked in the person didn’t speak english at all. get to the room and it a one bed king. go back to lobby and wait another 20 minutes. moves us to a room with two full beds. again not what I paid for. went back down and just said we’d take the king again. get into room and air doesn’t work. go back to lobby again and this time he says you come. only you. shows me the room with two queen beds. i’m like you’ve had one for an hour now trying to check in and the room with two queens was here and available this whole time. side bar. asking my child to stay in the lobby while he took me to another location. at this point it’s after 1 am. ? red flags for trafficking here! I said there is no way i’m leaving a minor unattended in your establishment . was quite sketchy.

4.0When I first got there I was told that there wasn’t a room even though my card was charged and I successfully booked through Expedia. I then was told they have one available which only has one bed when I paid for two. While waiting for my keys at the front a lady who looked to be on some sort of substance started yelling and being belligerent stating some guy tried to kill her .after getting my key I hurried to my room with my son . Upon me leaving the next day as I was trying to check out there was a lady at the front desk crying because they too took her money and told her there were no rooms and she had her two kids with her .She said that her home had just caught on fire the day before . I felt so bad for her . Never again.
