I will list some of the issues we had with our room...2 guests, only ONLY ONE ROOM KEY CARD WORKED NO ICE BUCKET ONLY ONE BATH TOWEL NO BATH MAT/FLOOR TOWE NO WORKING FRIDGE NO HAND SOAP NO BATH SOAP NO TISSUES NO TOILET PAPER NO CUPS NO PHONE NO PAPER/NOTE PAD NO PEN NEED WORKING REMOTE NEED WORKING FRIDGE TOILET DOESN'T FLUSH / runs CONSTANTLY TRASH IN ROOM ROOM LIGHT DOESN'T WORK DIRTY BATHROOM DIRTY SHEETS PROSTITUTES IN PARKING LOT VOLUME ON TV CAN'T BE ADJUSTED VIA REMOTE OR TV & IT'S SET TOO LOUD TO KEEP TV ON BROKEN RECLINER NO IRON BUT HAS IRONING BOARD NO BULB IN DESK LAMP ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN ROOM BROKEN/HALF COVERED/FILLED WITH PAINT NO TRASH CAN IN BATHROOM BATHTUB "MAT" BROKEN BATHTUB DIRTY BATHROOM COUNTER DIRTY In addition, the COMMUNITY ICE MACHINE DOESN'T WORK & appears it hasn't been operable in yrs. We needed a LATE CHECK OUT DUE to my husband's JOB & when we REQUESTED one, we were DENIED!!!!! This motel is NOWHERE CLOSE to being even 1/4% occupied so availability could NOT be the reason for DENIAL. They said we would HAVE to PAY ANOTHER $80+ for an additional night if we left beyond 11!!!!! Un******* believable! NO WAY!!!!! YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO EVER EVEN CONSIDER THIS DUMP!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!! HOW IS THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS IS WHAT I'D LOVE TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT MOTEL/HOTEL PUTS YOU IN A ROOM WITHOUT A WORKING TOILET?!?!?!? FOLLOWED BY ALL THE OTHER ISSUES I PREVIOUSLY LISTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like a refund ! Horrible experience

− I had to switch rooms 2x due to toilets not working , no maintenance on. Sight for any help. Sheets was nasty not clean. Towels was nasty. Room smelled like piss. And front staff did not want to help.. still fighting for a refund

2.0The smoke alarm wouldn't stop beeping, beep ALL NIGHT !!! Killed roach. Only one lamp worked in the room. Had to plug in the microwave. Dirty sheets. Bathroom ceiling peeling off. The room was very dirty and dusty, no phone in the room. NEEDS TO BE TORN DOWN !!!!!
