7.0Reliable, comfortable and conveniently located What we liked: A reliable and comfortable place to stay in central Palmerston North. The hotel accommodated our very late booking for two rooms and was able to place them next to each other, which we appreciated. The rooms were generous in size, warm, welcoming and well presented. Check-in and check-out were both straightforward, and we had a quiet, comfortable night before continuing our journey the following morning. The price was fair for the accommodation provided, and the overall experience met our expectations. We would happily stay here again.
