10.0Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Conchas Mar Residence. A localização é muito boa, perto do centro e também da praia, o que facilita bastante os passeios. Os quartos são amplos, muito limpos e contam com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, e o proprietário é extremamente simpático e receptivo. Sem dúvida, é um lugar que vale a pena escolher para passar alguns dias e aproveitar tudo o que a região tem a oferecer. Recomendo!

10.0O.flat tem tudo que é preciso para o conforto e comodidade , utensílios, geladeira , fogão, TV, cama ótima, roupa de cama de qualidade, localização privilegiada, da para fazer tudo a pé. Diferencial que é um flat que tem limpeza diária como uma pousada .

9.0O apartamento era excelente, muito limpo, confortável e espaçoso. A localização é muito boa, permitindo chegar facilmente a pé ao centro, à Pituba (a principal rua de lojas, bares e restaurantes) e a várias praias. O Joceval foi sempre muito prestável, atencioso e disponível. Tive um pequeno problema com o chuveiro, que foi resolvido de forma rápida e eficiente. Durante um apagão que afetou a cidade, esteve constantemente disponível para ajudar e garantir que tudo corria da melhor forma. Foi uma estadia muito agradável e senti-me sempre bem acolhida. Recomendo sem hesitação e voltaria a ficar aqui numa próxima visita a Itacaré.
− O único ponto menos positivo foi a existência de obras no terreno ao lado. No entanto, isso acabou por não ter grande impacto na minha estadia, uma vez que durante o horário dos trabalhos normalmente estava fora a explorar a região.
