Nice, but an embarrassment to the shangra la name
7.0− Rooms were not clean. Wooden carving behind bed was all dusty, rooms not cleaned properly. Sheets not changed, balcony had loads of bird poo on it and it wasn’t cleaned.

Nice beach and pool, but overall not worth the price, rooms need upgrades.Better off at newer or updated hotels
5.0Kid Friendly, nice pool, nice location and clean beach. Service staff are also nice.
− The rooms are in dire need of an upgrade. Bathroom was in bad shape. Mouldy and dirty. When you enter room - you get hit with mouldy smell. For the price of the room-its not worth it. Also- EV chargers were not working when we were there
Okay for family vacation. Not ideal for couples.
