Disappointing, I would not stay there again.
4.0We had lunch which was average, but overpriced. Our room had a very noisy air-conditioner.
− Our room was not a$ 500.00 value. It was no different than a 250.00 a night room.

10.0The location couldn't be better—everything is within walking distance, including the waterfront, restaurants, shops, and the marina. A special thank you for the complimentary bike and kayak rentals, they made our stay even more memorable. The hotel was clean, modern, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. This was the perfect place to stay in Kelowna, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
Our family had a wonderful experience. Our children and grandchildren said they loved it!
10.0The check in staff made us feel welcome and did their best to accommodate our requests. The buffet breakfast was fabulous. The hosts and servers were very kind and accommodating of our large group which included young children. The location was perfect! The access to the beaches, restaurants and activities were made it easy for our family enjoy our time together. The whole family was able to have fun in the pool together.
− We could hear talking and music playing outside our window when we were ready to go to sleep. Sometimes it was difficult find chairs at the pool.

Did not meet my expectations!!
4.0My room was in North Tower in a room equipped for a handicap person. I am not handicap and continually tripped on incline to bathroom. My view out my window was that of a rooftop and brick wall. The smoke detector had a continuous high pitched squeal. I had to sleep with Tv on to block out the noise. The telephone on the nightstand was filthy. I was very disappointed in my room! !! They offered to move me to a double queen from my king. I declined as it was late and I had already settled in. I recommend to clarify what room they are providing . For the price it was a completely Not worth it!!!
