4.0There was a group of 8 people that stayed at this hotel. 3 of our group got really sick with food poisoning. We really didnt eat out of the hotel so we got sick from the food they served. My spouse ended in the hospital due to the food poisoning. Do not recommend.

6.0We stayed here for 2 weeks. There is only 1 restaurant on the property and you need reservations for dinner and if you dont call early in the morning you are not going to get them. It is not open every night either. If you want coffee before 7am you have to use the coffee pot in your room which thwy charge you for. If tou want to utilize the all inclusive buggets tou have to go to the hotel across the street. They do not provide pop or water in your room like other hotels we have stayed at. So again after 5 pm you have to walk across the street to the other hotel. If you drink alcohol the pool has limited service from 10am to 5pm. Now the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Room was clean, pool is heated and its a very quiet resort.

8.0We did not realize when we booked but booking through Expedia gave us extra perks beyond booking through other websites. These perks were only explained once we were at the property and are not listed anywhere on Expedia.

While the golfer in the family is out on the course, try one of the other recreational amenities offered, such as outdoor tennis courts or an outdoor pool. Additional features at this hotel include concierge services, babysitting (surcharge), and a hair salon. Guests can catch a ride to nearby destinations on the complimentary area shuttle.
