9.0El personal del hotel, al menos el de servicio, no era el más atento; sin embargo, CHOLO del restaurante se voló la noche, nos hizo un show con el espagueti y nos llevó más postres! Excelente servicio, rescató por completo a todo el team.
− El servicio de los meseros no era el mejor, tampoco en barra, no eran muy amables.

1.0El servicio de taxis es rápido
− Por fuera el hotel aparenta que esta bien, por dentro esta super descuidado, no me gustó nada, lo reserve porque según es 5 estrellas, pero esta viejo y ese no es el problema, la situación es que esta sin mantenimiento, las habitaciones apenas entras huelen a humedad, el azulejo del baño esta manchado, parece que no lo han limpiado en años, la puerta de la tina lo mismo, la taza estaba sucia, el aire acondicionado está exageradamente sucio, hace muchísimo ruido (insisto, no le dan mantenimiento) las camas no son cómodas, las colchas están manchadas, el piso de la habitación está muy manchado, en una de las lámparas hay un adorno de tela qué está sucio y huele a humedad, la verdad me quede muy decepcionada, JAMAS VUELVO A REGRESAR Y MENOS A RECOMENDARLO

10.0El personal fue muy amable, las habitaciones espaciosas y limpias, los alimentos en el desayuno geniales, en la comida no tanto pero aceptables y en la cena también muy buenos! Las instalaciones, el trato, las bebidas, la playa, todo excelente!
