8.0L'emplacement parfait pour visiter le château et se balader aux alentours avant (ou après) l'afflux des visiteurs; personnel très sympathique
− Par rapport à l'emplacement et nom de l'hôtel dommage que le décor ne correspond pas du tout au lieu, les couloirs plutôt style cage d'escalier; mais peut-être ça dépend de bâtiment (hôtel est dans 2 ou 3 immeubles, tous très proches de château) Mais tout est très propre et fonctionnel, chambre bien équipée

7.0Niezwykle urokliwa okolica, zamek jak i jego okolice są wspaniałe, warto to zobaczyć! Bardzo smaczne śniadania - wszystko świeże i w dużym wyborze. Sam pokój czysty i przytulny chociaż bardzo skromny.
− Lokalizacja powoduje, że miejsce jest turystyczne przez co trzeba pamiętać, że nie jest to cicha kameralna okolica.
Obiekt piękny, ale obsługa nie dorosła do pracy w takim miejscu.
5.0Śniadanie ok, hotel piękny
− Obsługa nabzdyczona i mało uprzejma. Zapłaciliśmy za parking na terenie obiektu, ale nas nie wpuszczono za bramę. Parkingowy skłamał, że nie ma już miejsc i kazał parkować na miejscu dla turystów, którzy nie nocują w hotelu, kiedy były jeszcze miejsca, ale nie chciał ustąpić. W obiekcie ochrona nie reaguje na pijanych gości gardłujących pod oknami po północy. Musieliśmy dzwonić do recepcji, by podjęli interwencję, zrobili to, ale z ociąganiem.
