− Anderes Zimmer erhalten als gebucht (drei einzelne 80cm Betten, die nicht zusammengestellt werden konnten statt Doppelbett), kein Personalkontakt und daher auch keine Kommunikation zum Zimmer

Wohlbehagen am Rande der Stadt
9.0Nachdem wir im Sommer schon einmal in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben und uns sehr wohl fühlten, sind wir auch dieses Mal wieder hier abgestiegen. Die ruhige Lage am Rande der Stadt, das freundliche Personal und auch das für unsere Begriffe sehr gute Frühstück machen den Aufenthalt angenehm. Die Natur und der wunderschöne Blick auf die Havel tun das Ihre dazu. Gerne nochmal!
