Not a great summer stay
4.0The location was good with parking nearby. A small shared kitchen, located on the ground floor, is available for basic needs. The room was adequate as was the bathroom, it could all do with a good clean though.
− The small room was stiflingly hot. With daytime temperatures reaching 30c + ventilation is shockingly poor. The single window had a security device fitted only allowing it to be opened around 5 inches and, despite 2 fans in the room, it was very uncomfortable.

− Check in was a bit odd as I arrived at 10pm but pub closed at 9pm. Should of been pointed out when I booked but wasn’t a real problem and owner was very helpful
Good location but a very tired room.
7.0Great location for a visit to the racecourse or anywhere in Esher town centre. The bed was reasonably comfortable.
− The room was quite small and shabby with a badly stained carpet. It had all the facilities needed but it felt a bit like a prison cell as the windows were opaque. It was quite noisy (other guests and traffic noise as the room was right on the road) and was definitely not worth the money we were charged.
Ideal for a trip to the races

− Tiny rooms, no air con, quite tired and run down, no real breakfast, £150 a night.
