Disappointing service
1.0The hotel is very close to the airport.
− The service at the front desk was disappointing. Both receptionists I interacted with (afternoon and overnight shifts) were unfriendly, abrupt, and did not seem interested in helping guests. On one occasion, I went to the front desk to buy a snack and waited several minutes after calling for assistance, but no one came to help. Although the hotel was clean, the facilities look outdated and are not in very good condition. The property could benefit from renovations to improve the overall guest experience.

− Pillows were flat, shower leaked, the entire room is very outdated, towels were scratchy, there's a coffeemaker with no coffee and no water. The evening staff at the reception was only willing to provide 1 bottle of water for 2 guests. There was either blood or feces stain on the sheet that was covered with a comforter. Comforter was bad quality sheets.
