10.0I can't remember her name, but the front desk clerk was amazing. She even gave me a hug after learning I was staying there because my husband was having prostate cancer surgery at john muir. I was a mess and her hug made it all better.

9.0Location near multiple stores just across the streets, cleanliness, friendly receptionists.
− Bed was poorly constructed. There was the end of a piece of wood jutting out from the bedside, covered by the fabric but with no foam or other protectin, where I hit my leg when sitting diwn on bed. Also, beds were too high.
It served a purpose and was ‘ok’.
6.0The location as we only booked to stay here for the water park.
− Breakfast wasn’t good, very greasy. Air con was so loud and it felt like it was shaking
