− Alors les chambres faut rafraîchir tout ca, les lits encore plus petit que plus petit. La salle de bain vraiment défraîchie et on voyait la salle de bain de la chambre a côté par la grille d'aération. Ca m'a gâché mon séjour

8.0Nähe zum Zielort. Schöne Aussicht. Klassisches Hotel in Clear Lake. Wollte nach drei Jahren Entsendung die letzte Woche im Hilton verbringen. Während des "Look and see-Trip" vor drei Jahren war ich mit meiner Frau im Hilton untergebracht.
− Man merkt dem Hotel die letzten Monate an. Reparaturen und Renovierungen werden logischer Weise nicht mehr durchgeführt.
Should have been warned that the facility was closing end of month and many things weren't available

− Filthy pool. No staff seemed to care that my sisters room smelled of urine, due to closing this month, there were no rooms to move to. I sure hope she gets some credit back for the pee smelling "penthouse"!!

6.0Great location. Super nice staff at check in and on floors. Very pretty place. Great waitstaff in restaurant
− Pool was unfit to swim in…9 of us had packed swimsuits 🤷♀️ Appeared to be AC issues through out the lobby and restaurant area. It got quite uncomfortable by the time we finished breakfast. Our room was very nice but the bathroom is so small you have to walk to the corner of this tiny room to close the door. It’s an accident waiting to happen .

5.0Hotel must be upgraded in it’s totality, great location and value but building is obsolete
Was not worth the money we paid…..at all.
1.0The location and view of water.
− A/C didn’t work properly and it was stuffy, smelled like urine, pool was cloudy and dirty, $24 breakfast was terrible, and every time we voiced concern about any of this, the response was “well, we are closing down for renovations in a month.” Nobody tried to make any of this better for customers there. Very very disappointing.
