− Nothing to dislike -except room number 21 appeared to have a problem with closing their bathroom door without slamming it.
The property was excellent, my health was very disappointing!

− I scored 5 because I was ill, so we had to cut the holiday short & come home. But we have no complaints about the property & staff. We’ve been before & will go again.

Fantastic Inn in a beautiful location.
10.0Charles and his team were amazing- so friendly, attentive and professional. We stayed in one if the garden rooms and it was amazing- cute decor, spotlessly clean with quality furnishings and had everything you could possibly need. The food was delicious and ingredients locally sourced. Very generous portions! The inn is situated at the top of the very pretty village street. We stayed for 2 nights and had the best sleep as it was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely return. Levisham train station is only 1 & 1/2 miles away.
− The drive upto the Inn is an extremely steep and narrow road with tight bends and a few blind spots, so you need to be mindful of cars coming from the opposite direction.
Good overall although Booking.com didnt state that many rooms are not in the main building,

Exceeded expectations and will definitely return.
9.0Amazing location, picturesque, tranquil, accommodation was very high quality, adequate parking. Breakfast was really good, with a great range of food available.
− Inn closed around 8.30pm but that is no deal breaker, just have to have evening drinks earlier.
