Not worth the exorbitant price
4.0We liked our view and the breakfast buffet.
− An inspector opened our door without knocking. The area rug in our room smelled old. The blanket for the pull-out couch was like a thin towel. We checked in at 4pm and the beach lounge chairs got taken away at 6pm. We were rushed at breakfast eventhough the restaurant was practically empty. I requested a Happy Birthday song at dinner for our son's 15th and only the waiter sang with us. He kindly comped his meal out of embarrassment. The staff was not welcoming nor made much eye contact, would respond with "no problem" when thanked. After blowing over $1000 for one night, left very disappointed and ripped off. We'll stay at an Airbnb next time.

2.0− The location was central to restaurants but the beach was 15 rows back from the shore; the enormous pool was overrun. There was no privacy at either of these points to sunbath quietly. Restaurant was equally oversized and overrun, abundant but mediocre for $70 breakfast and tip requested to be added to tab at the end, parking outside parking lot at entrance $$ per night as well. We went for our anniversary and felt like we were at a conference. One elevator we were on filled to the brim on just one floor. It was hardly a romantic getaway!! Worst of all, we paid over $600 for this “exclusive” overrun Petri dish.

9.0The location is incredible, beachfront, the personal its very nice, the facilities are very good too.
− First at all you need to pay for parking when you arrived I was 5 days and it was 200usd extra you didn't count and this info wasn't clear at the moment you book that means it doesn't matter you got a good price you will be tax again with the parking fee and it just for your self parking. I really dislike this. 2nd the mattress and the pillows was terrible. The room has small details like dust in the bedside power outlet, rusty hinges on the bathroom doors but this is not the main concern actually. The other thing was the last day, when the maid knocks the our door at 9am, why people do that if your check out it's at 11am. That interrupt our dream we was planning to wakeup at 10 and she ruined that at 9am we lost 1 hour of sleep and we was very tired 😫.
