Overall is unhygienic
2.0When we checked in, the condition of the toilet is unhygienic , the wall in yellowish . The room blanket are not neatly fold. For kitchen part , the steamboat pot are already can't be used and still put up there for us and wait for us request to change new . Overall , there is no hygiene check.

4.0Very disturbing to find that the shared washroom had broken locks on both doors making it impossible to use. Especially since this apartment was meant for a big group of people. Also, no hot water in the showers. The heater wasnt working properly. Complaining to management resulted in no solution or compensarion.
