3.0− The room was small and cramped. Same for the bathroom, nowhere really to put all of your toiletries. The main issue I had was they charged $45 per night for parking which was not indicated when I booked. Additionally the parking was really tight spaces with sharp winding entrances and exits. The hotel needs more staff. The front desk wait was way too long and on several occasions when I called for guest services or the front desk, no one even answered.
