9.0I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center. The staff was courteous and helpful, the hotel was clean and well maintained, and the location was convenient to multiple attractions throughout the city. I would definitely choose to stay at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center again.
Convenient Airport Hotel
6.0Good location with shuttle bus service every 20 minutes to and from terminal. Diamond Member reserved parking spaces and $15 Hilton Diamond member credit per person towards food. Room was adequate with basic toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful.

7.0Location was the key factor for me. Was walking distance to airport and sky train to Seattle centre
− There was an issue with no hot water on my final morning however when I checked out I was given a discount for the inconvenience
Sub par service -- employees need training
2.0Asked at check in for extra towel and called after getting to room and never came had to use wet towel of family member. Never told shuttle typically only stops in one spot and waiting over an hour for a pick up. No bellman offered to help till I already was pulling my own luggage cart. When manager sent standard email asking about the stay I did identify issues and all he offered was insufficient Hilton points which would only be enough for a Hilton garden inn not hotel of this caliber. Grounds of hotel are nice -- pretty courtyard but staff needs training to fit to the Hilton brand.
