− Opposite train station which is busy, rooms at front of property is quite noisy

− Access OK, but booking in at nearby Hotel not so straightforward for visitors not familiar with location. Distance for walking with luggage between booking in & Old Victory could be a problem for some, or in less pleasant weather.

− Stairs, and the fact that we had two rooms that were room 1 on bottom floor and room 4 at the top, whuch was not good for me to go up and down, but my son- did not want me to have a room next to the kitchen- wold not book again
