10.0We had a great experience. The hotel staff was exceptional. A special thanks to Maggie who took care of our room and to Theresa who was very helpful at the front desk. The Bellhop staff was also great. Will definitely stay here again when in DC.

10.0Koffi was an excellent server. He was very fast and helped us with a few complicated requests.
Friendly and Welcoming Staff!
10.0We had a wonderful first impression. The front doorman was welcoming and our check in was excellent. Frank took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Arriving to your destination after a long trip can sometimes be hard but Frank answered our questions, helped us with early check in and was super friendly. This trip is off to a great start!

10.0The service here is great! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the door man to the concierge. Especially helpful, however, was Frank at the front desk. He helped us out with early check in after a long red-eye flight, and met our every need. He was so wonderful!
