4.0The room was spacious and comfortable for our family size. However, the room was dirty. There were cockroaches under the chair and night stand and rotting grapes by the bed. The floor needed a good vacuum. The hallway and room smelt heavily like cigarettes. The check in was easy and the front staff was pleasant. The gift shop and attendant were great. I just wish the room was cleaner.

6.0Location is very close to the airport. Pool looked great, but we didn’t get to enjoy it as it was raining the entire time. I really liked that they have a meditation room. My main issue was the cleanliness or lack of. Our first room was filthy, brown stains on the toilet, couch cushions were wet, and the bed comforter had brown/orange stains. I called the front desk and they were quick to move us to another room, which was cleaner and much better.
