4.0The hotel location is excellent for downtown meetings. Walking distance to all the main oil and gas companies. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is adequate. The beds are comfortable and clean.
− The hotel rooms are fairly beat up, the carpet hasn't been changed in several decades. The smell of the rooms gives away the age since any meaningful renovations. The bathrooms show their age. The AC is loud and clanky and difficult to control. The internet was very spotty. I couldn't log on to internet with computer but seemed to do so with cell phone. The hotel simply needs some TLC.

8.0Location was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Valet was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Lovely trendy bar, just down the road.
− Could not turn the air conditioner off and it was very loud.
The rooms need to be cleaned better and room service needs to take their time.
8.0It was calm and quiet.
− I had more trouble this stay than any other time. It was honestly annoying and disappointing. The Wyndham charges so much for a room and a lot of things in the room are either stained or falling apart. The hotel needs to step up their game.
My room was never cleaned and I had to go from the 5th floor to the 8th or 9th floor for ice.
