1.0− I went to the hotel, but the AC wasn't working. They cancelled my booking. They still haven't refunded my money. I contacted Booking.com, and they said they would refund the money. I've been waiting for 4 days.

10.0The facility's rooms are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was broken; when the staff couldn't fix it, they moved us to a suite. The staff were very attentive.

5.0− We were told once we got to the hotel that the AC wasn't working & we could get a refund if we didn't want to stay, & that they couldn't give us a fan or money to buy one, but we were unable to find another hotel today that was reasonable at this time due to the FIFA championship being in Philly tomorrow. So we had to go to Walmart & purchase fans to keep our rooms cool I don't think that was right. One elevator is out of order & the other one is very squeaky, the chair in the room covering was peeling, the smoke detector in the room kept beeping and lastly the cabinet door which the fridge & microwave is in was not completely closing (coming off the hinge.
