Filthy! Trust me and stay at a neighboring hotel...
4.0This place is filthy. Everything is dirty; the rooms, the lobby, the elevators, the exterior... We have been here three nights and still haven't head housekeeping empty our trash, refresh towels - we had to ask for new towels and set all the used ones in the hallway with our trash bags. Our room has crusty spots on the carpet that feel like a milkshake was spilled and never cleaned (at least I hope it was a milkshake). At breakfast, four employees were in the way of the line of customers and they sat there chatting and making breakfast while others waited; there was zero concern for guests. I stay at Hilton brand hotels on a regular basis for work and family trips. This is definitely the worst hotel I have stayed at in the past few decades.

9.0I liked the place. Very nice and clean and the breakfast bar was superb
− This is just a minor problem and may I say again it is a minor problem but the coffee machine in my room was missing some of the parts. I was in room 502 and I believe you need a new coffee maker. All in all it was a very pleasant experience except for the idiots throwing chairs in your swimming pool for our enjoyment. Sometimes you just can't go anywhere 🤔🤔
