Stayed here many times but never again
4.0A good stay is in the details. Well stocked room, soap in dispensers cups for the coffee. A bar with bar tenders behind the bar and carpet in the common areas that is clean and fresh. Trash cans that are not over flowing and s pleasant supervisory staff.
Very charming hotel which matched the vibe of the downtown itself ☺️

Very Frustrating
2.0Oh my! What can I say. I arrived with a group, and all of our keys did not work. One of the guys on the desk made what he though was a joke, but it did not go over well as it was tasteless, and we had had a long day and just wanted our keys. Apon arriving in my room I noticed it was very dated and the AC was not working. I was finally moved to another room which was not better. Afterward I found out all of our group's rooms did not have much AC. We were told they we coming to fix it which it was not. I had to spend much time at the front desk with problems. I overheard some pretty upset guests. I was not the only one not getting much satisfaction from the not so hospitable desk staff. I would not stay at the hotel again. Very frustrating.
Good location and clean
8.0First impression driving up is that the front needs some updating. Since the front of the hotel is the thing guests see, I honestly, think they need to put some time and work into sprucing it up a bit. However, front desk staff were very nice and friendly, gave us a good restaurant tip. The room is nice enough but I don't feel like I'm in a Hilton it lacks some of the poshness you expect. But its an older hotel. Its close to a lot of restaurants, in a good location. Had trouble with adjusting the air temperature in the room last night and the front desk manager came to our room and showed us where to set it and what button to push. I know seems easy but it was a little confusing. The hotel and room is clean that's the biggest thing for me in a hotel that it feels clean. I would stay here again.
