For the amount they charge, I expect better service
5.0Clean. Close the beach. There were evening activities like live music.
− Not even water or coffee near the front desk 24*7 like nearby hotels. No all-incl packages like food and beverages package. Everything needs separate payment. Even strict “towel card” policy is sounds dumb

Rooms are average, other facilities are good and the beach is great. Don’t forget your stuff…
7.0We have come here for years. We miss the parrots. The hotel rooms on the upstairs “arms” have carpet that smellls bad and the AC struggles to keep up. The location is awesome. The pool is perfect and the beach and restaurant are really good. Poolside burgers are hard to beat as well. Rent the umbrella on the beach. It’s worth it! One downside was I left my charger (expensive one) and some cords in the room. After several calls they told me, “ we found them!” They then told me I could pick them up at the front desk…. We were 8 hours away at home. They told me, “Oh, we don’t ship things to people.” Color me stupid I guess. Wish they woulda just said we are keeping your stuff…
