10.0The customer service was office the charts. Beds was comfortable water was hot and AC was nice and cold.
− The restaurant was to expensive for my taste but plenty other options around.
Overall good but the maid was a def negative for the property especially since sound travels to the rooms from the hallw

− The maid staff of the 3rd floor was talking very loud starting early in the morning on the phone and to other staff members. This went on all morning until we checked out

− The elevator was so slow that my family and I walked the stairs the whole stay. I also found blood stains on my bed protector
