Very rude receptionists.
2.0Honestly, I’m glad I didn’t book here, I called over the phone for pricing and was told $130 for two nights. Called twice, just 30 minutes before arriving and the day before, just to make sure. I arrive and get charged double, so when I asked why the price was doubled they scoffed and said “where did you hear that from? Who told you?” And I repeated that I called just a few minutes before. They laughed and said they didn’t know what I was talking about, very rude and were pretty rude on the phone as well. Don’t stay here unless you’re VERY desperate, apart from that there other hotels better than this one.
Absolutely diabolically horrendous
2.0THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE CATFISH ITS HORRENDOUS HERE DO NOT BOOK HERE!! There’s holes in almost every wall, broken ac fan, everything looks like it got in a fight with a lawnmower and severely lost!!! This is a despicable place that shows pictures of a nice room just to give u nothing but the opposite
Surprised nothing got stolen
2.0I wasn’t aware a place could be this bad. Cigarette holes in the blankets, the blankets are thinner than the sheets and if you ask for extra they won’t give it to you unless it’s a weekday because “housekeeping isn’t in on the weekends”. So our room wasn’t cleaned the entire stay from Friday night to Monday morning. Holes where outlets should be. TV remote works half the time. You need to hold the toilet handle down for thirty seconds to flush. Exposed wiring from a light switch next to the sink. Shower doesn’t warm up. Shower curtain covers half the rod. There’s a hole in the tile where the drain should be. When you turn on the sink, water leaks from behind the cabinets which are barely hanging on and gets all over the floor. Only three hand and body towels for three people. No shampoo or conditioner. Only one tiny bar of hand soap. Room was freezing cold because of the HOLE IN THE DOOR that let in a draft. First thing we see when we get into our room is a coupon someone slipped under the door for a lunch special at the strip club next door. Cute. There’s also a sign saying “FOR YOUR SAFETY USE THE DEADBOLT LOCK ON THE DOOR” and a long list of liability statements. We got Locked out of our room 4 times. After we used a key once, it would no longer work a second time. We had to go back to the desk every night and get a new key because they just stopped working. That was great considering it was 40 degrees and 11pm. There is a wall of bullet proof glass around the front desk and when we entered one time, the staff member was not behind the glass yet. When he saw us entering, he RAN to get behind the glass before we opened the door, as if we were going to get him. The other customers aren’t great either. One night, somebody Nextdoor pounded on the shared wall till about 3am. Another night, a woman ran around the parking lot screaming with her boyfriend chasing after her at 10:30pm. Another night, a guy approached us as we were leaving our room asking us if we were sober or drunk. There was a plastic laundry tote bin filled with dirty water and cigarette butts outside one of the rooms. One guy walked his pit bull in circles in the parking lot for hours every day. I felt like the character that’s about to die in a horror movie. This place should have to pay you to stay there honestly. If you’re a woman, traveling solo or traveling with kids, I’d recommend sleeping in your car before this place.
No hot water, No heat in cold room, Poor customer care!
2.0The worst place to stay..no hot water, no heat, cold draft coming through huge gap under the entry door, no sleep due to the conditions of the room and gap under the door wide enough for a small animal to creep in. We booked for overnight due to flight cancellation. The other hotels that we preferred to stay were booked. This place was the last resort and a big mistake. I would not recommend this place. I rate it a minus zero!
Worse Motel in Every Way
2.0This motel is THE WORSE …seedy, shady, scary. Entered office and waited ten minutes for desk clerk to show up, behind thick protective glass in a section of the city where its needed. Went into Room 118 where we had 1) Broken faucet in bathroom (faucet was laying on sink broken off of water handle. 2) Shower head produced a small dribble of lukewarm water 3) toilet did not flush. Then there's the parking… not enough spaces for cars. This resulted in a random, free-for-all parking situation. Had I not had a small car I would have been blocked in when checking out the following morning, My advice is B E W A R E… worse motel I have ever stayed at.
Don't book
2.0Terrible and more Terrible. Advertise shuttle from airport. We called twice and waited 1.5 hours. Ended up taking a taxi. Person at the reception sits behind a security window. Not a good smell. Not very friendly. Room, oh boy. Open door directly see the curtain and box spring on both beds shredded. Hole in the wall where an outlet used to be. Faucet in bathtub off the wall. Bathtub dirty. Carbon monoxide monitor dirty and inept. Then I saw a ROACH. Then another running into the hole in the wall. It was advertised as 2.5. I know this isn't a luxurious chain but paying $148 I do expect it to be clean.
