9.0We could get early check in, we did have to pay. Staff friendly.
− Was further from Amtrak than we preferred. Waffle mixture in the morning didn’t seem right, watery and lemony flavour. Pool was cold.

− The room was dirty and sheets were stained. It was dingy and gross

7.0A lot of the rooms were just remodeled and the pool area was clean and the sauna was nice. The staff is very nice and the location is by everything.
− The bathroom door was hard to open and claw to that was a bit of a problem as far as privacy and the door to the room had to be pulled shut or it would stay open.
Good service, but the condition and smell of the rooms left much to be desired.
5.0The staff was friendly and the beds were fairly comfortable.
− Unfortunately, the hotel had a strong stale cigarette odor, and the rooms could use a thorough deep cleaning and scrubbing.
