The omelette that I had was done differently and also I learned something new of how to make one, education.
10.0I found that the people that I encountered were friendly professional,also the food was good! Chef Jiayli B Jorn,Quan,Cathy, Jeffrey and Vivian. This is my first time in Singapore, and also in his hotel, and I truly enjoyed the education about some of the food that I never had but again the courtesy, professionalism and love that they have for what they do again thank you.

Great place for hosting events!
10.0We recently hosted a private singles mixer for around 30 pax at their restaurant at level 24 (il cielo), and had a great experience overall. The setting was lovely and worked really well for our group, but what stood out most was the service and support from the team. A special thank you to Veejay, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating and attentive throughout the event. He and the rest of the team made sure everything ran smoothly and were always quick to assist whenever we needed anything. Their warmth and professionalism made hosting a large group much easier for us. We really appreciated the hospitality and all the support leading up to and during the event. Thank you to the il Cielo team for taking such good care of us and our guests!

Worst hotel stay
2.0The worst hotel stay , the room was so small for the value for money , the fridge was was not even freezing the food so I contacted the receptionist for the problem and they fixed it barely, when there is water in the floor of the bathroom it won't get sink in so I throw some towels on the floor to suck the water out , the room insulation was poorly done , the robes and the bed was stained with dirt and for the bed they try to hide it so it won't be seen
