10.0The staff were extremely helpful, especially Matthew, out of all my stays in varying hotels while away working he has been the only person who has completed a PEP (Personal Evacuation Plan) as I use a walking stick. He looked after me while on duty making sure my stay was comfortable even though the hotel was busy due to the start of the Commonwealth Games, the hotel was full with athletes. He is a great asset to the hotel. I also liked the welcome card and snacks that were left in my room, it meant a lot as I always stay here when I’m up visiting one of the offices I look after which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. I also liked the newly refurbished Reception, bar and dining area and look forward to staying in one of the newly refurbished rooms on my next visit.
− The room was far too hot and there was no way of controlling the temperature in the room.
