− Parking garage sucks! The staff overall was not nice/friendly. They spoke to people like they were beneath them ( besides the lady I had at check in she was nice) my card was tried to be ran multiple times for our stay. Thankfully I used a card that I put just enough money on for this various reason. Definitely won't be my first choice in a hotel in Knoxville.

− Poor bathroom setup...sink area collects water. Closet difficult to access floor area.

1.0The location is great.
− Far too much loud noise all through the night made it impossible to get a good nights sleep. This was easily the noisiest hotel I’ve ever experienced.
