10.0Clean room and facilities. The pool was open and clean.The complimentary drink and snack bar was a nice addition to our trip and the space was exactly as described. I would definitely return. I prefer these accommodations wherever we travel, if they are located there. We parked on the street which was free but you can park in the secured lot for a fee. Yes there is a small deposit fee that was returned the day of check out.

Tia vs Overall Hotel Experience
8.0Both phones and one faucet in the room did not work. Tia in the restaurant area was amazing. With the overflow of guests for breakfasts she made sure everything was orderly, she even made waffles for me and other guests while we waited on the omelette station.

Parking Sucks Here
2.0I'm a Hilton Diamond Member. I'll never stay here again, as the parking process is ridiculous! Just to get into the parking lot, you have to scan a code, open a webpage, input credit card information, and more. I just said the heck with it and parking in the street. Just pathetic!
