2.0This hotel is disgusting to say the least. The room was not clean and we initially didn’t realize until we went to take a shower and there were still dirty wash clothes hanging from The shower, not only that, no garbage bags, the tub was filthy, mold in the shower, dust hanging around the mirror and the vents..stains all over the floor. And the manager Diego Eloisa was very uncooperative and nonchalant, as if it was normal. Offered to give me points instead of a refund. Totally unacceptable! I will be submitting their unfair practices to the trade Commission

10.0Saturday afternoon pool was busy with families. They have a time for adults 10 - 11pm. I had the gym and pool to myself in the mornings. Gym was open 24/7 and the pool opened at 6 am.
