A study in mediocrity
4.0This was my second stay, on both occasions, John at the front desk was full of disdain for my inconvenience of existing. This stay, I’d ordered DoorDash while I was on the plane. When I arrived, it was nowhere. John and one other staff looked for 30 seconds to no help and no avail. When I tried to speak to a manager, no one ever called nor tried to rectify. Beyond a free salad from the snack bar. (My DoorDash was $48) Mistakes happen, but how the hospitality industry handles a mistake is indicative of how they value their guest. This Hilton property doesn’t value their clients business nor my diamond status. The amenities are nice, but the service is subpar.

6.0Love the pool bar friendly server like brian,don,jade made we felt comfortable to stay and have a few drinks with pizza keep it up guys
− We did not like when we arrive we were a little earlier driving from Orlando we were told that room is not ready it was about 2.30 pm and we had to sit and wait around till 3.45 pm we felt the room should always be ready also no king bed which we booked were told we had to wait till one is available very bad check in staff is not friendly at all
Very disappointing experience!
2.0Checked in afternoon of June 15th, no particular issues. Planned on working from my room during the day(16th). At about 9:30am I began to hear various tapping noises and by noon it was full on hammer drill and sledge hammer type very loud noises, often shaking and vibrating my floor, ceiling and walls. Called front desk to report the issue and was told construction would continue until 3:00pm and was told it was on all floors and no compensation would be made. Asked to speak with a manager and was told very sternly that no manager was on site. Now I have had to cancel multiple conference/ video calls and the construction noise has continued past 4:30pm. No where or at any time were we notified of the construction activity scheduled for this time. Just an FYI stayed at a Marriott in the area the previous night, had trouble with the A/C in the room. They bent over backwards to make it right immediately. I will not be giving Hilton my business in the future!
