2.0No hot water at all. From the Refrigerator water was coming out on the ground floor, less toiletpaper, toaster does not work properly, bidet is not working, no adapter for european devices, how to charge your smartphone?!

2.0I got billed for the night i ended up leaving because the room was simply nasty it smelled. The toilet kept running. The mattress springs you could feel laying down. It was one of my worst experience.
