7.0Loved the staff and the beautiful pool/courtyard area.
− No A/C! This was a very disappointing surprise. Also, the beds in the rooms are not big enough. A full bed is quite uncomfortable for two people.
Hot, but comforting.
5.0I liked the room, pool, and staff was very friendly. The snacks in the lobby were such a great touch.
− There was absolutely no A/C. Even with the window open and the fan on high, room 534 had almost no ventilation. My guess is because of the shape of the roof directly outside the tiny window.
Lovely oasis that is reasonable for Aspen and very nice staff

8.0The pool area was beautiful. Location was quiet but an easy walk to downtown. Excellent breakfast. Loved all the fresh berries
− It was hot while we were there and the hotel doesn’t have air conditioning
